Enable Maintenance Mode in the site settings to shut down your knowledge base completely. Nobody will be able to view or search anything, and a maintenance message will be displayed across the front end of the site.
If you enable Maintenance Mode without setting a maintenance message, the default message will be displayed. "The Knowledge Base is undergoing maintenance, please check back later."
When Maintenance Mode is enabled, there will be a notification across the admin panel to remind you to turn it off when your site maintenance is complete.
