v1 Installing LibreKB

  • Ensure your hosting environment meets the system requirements.
  • Download the latest version from GitHub here.
  • Upload the files to your web server.
  • 1.1.0 and below: Go to config.php and put in your MySQL database details, set the system URL, and SMTP for sending password reset emails.
  • 1.2.0 and above: Rename config.example.php to config.php and put in your MySQL database details, set the system URL, and SMTP for sending password reset emails.
  • Go to install.php, and follow the directions.
  • Once complete, delete update.php and install.php.
  • All done! Go to /admin to get started.
